What is Kura Haumanu?
Plan with purpose. Revitalise with strategy.
Kura Haumanu is a full-day, practical wānanga designed for individuals, whānau, and organisations committed to uplifting te reo Māori. Guided by our reo revitalisation experts, you’ll explore language planning, local dialect identity, and real examples of successful revitalisation, then apply it to your own context.
This wānanga supports you to craft an actionable and future-focused Māori language plan, no matter where you are in your learning. Leave equipped with clarity, structure, and a roadmap to bring your reo aspirations to life.
